Google Nexus S become official
samsung mobile phones December 7th, 2010Google have finally revealed their Nexus S handset, complete with Android 2.3 onboard.
The Google Nexus S is manufactured by Samsung, and is the lead device for Android 2.3, otherwise known as Gingerbread. The handset comes packed full of high-end specs, including a 1GHz Hummingbird processor and a 4 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen. The handset also comes equipped with 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, NFC technology, a 5 megapixel snapper, videocall camera and 16GB of internal storage.
This phone will go on sale on December 20th in the UK, and will be available from the Carphone Warehouse. It’ll set you back a large £549.95 SIM free, but can be picked on a pleasant contract including a free handset.
