There are a lot of smartphone present in the market such as HTC Wildfire S, Blackberry Dakota, Samsung Galaxy Xperia Play and Apple iPhone 4. The Display-
HTC Freestyle mobile has 3.2 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen and the display resolution is of 320*480 pixels. The screen of the mobile phone also offers 256k colors and dimension is 106.7*56.6*12.5 mm. At the other hand, Apple iPhone 4 supports 3.5 inch LED-backlit IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen and the display resolution of 640*960 pixel. The screen of the mobile phone offers 16M colors and dimension is 115.2*58.6*9.3 mm.
I think, both of the mobile phone supports a good screen but iPhone 4 is a winner in this technology.
The Memory-
The internal memory of the HTC Freestyle is 150 MB which is enough for data storage. There is a micro SD card slot which can be supported up to 32 GB. While the internal memory of the iPhone 4 is 16/32 GB storage which offers a lot of space for data storage. But the mobile phone does not have a micro SD card slot which is a little bit sad. The Phonebook memory of the mobile phone is practically unlimited and Call records are maximum 100 received, dialed and missed calls.
The Apple iPhone 4 provides you a better memory as compare to HTC Freestyle.
The OS-
HTC Freestyle is running on Brew Mobile Operating system with a A-GPS support. There is a Qualcomm MSM7225 528 MHz Processor which is nice. And Apple iPhone 4 is running on iOS 4 Operating system which we have seen before in iPhone. There is a 1 GHz ARM Cortex A8 Processor, PowerVR SGX535 GPU and Apple A4 chipset which is nice.
The OS of the iPhone 4 is more powerful than the HTC Freestyle so this time, iPhone take the cake.
The Battery-
HTC Freestyle has standard battery Li-Ion 1300 mAh and the standby time up to 388 h or the talk time is up to 6 h 40 min. Other side, Apple iPhone 4 supports standard battery Li-Po 1420 mAh battery life and the standby time is up to 300 h for 2G or up to 300 h for 3G. The talk time is up to 14 h for 2G or up to 7 h for 3G and you can music play up to 40 h.
Apple is also known as a powerful device in term of the battery back up. So, Apple iPhone is a clear winner.
The Camera-
HTC Freestyle features 3.15 megapixel camera with resolution of 2048*1536 pixel and capture special moment with family and friends. But the mobile phone does not support secondary camera. The iPhone 4 features 5 megapixel camera which comes with auto-focus and LED Flash. The mobile phone offers secondary camera which is for video calls and record 720p@fps video.
Apple iPhone supports 5 MP camera with a secondary camera while HTC freestyle features an 3.25 MP camera with no secondary camera. The iPhone 4 again takes the cake.
