Motorola ES400 is an Enterprise Digital Assistant device made to survive through rain, high and low temperature, numerous drops on a vinyl covered concrete. This is the first device to run Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld Platform. It has 3 inch resistive touchscreen of VGA resolution and a biometric fingerprint reader. The device is also switchable 3G networks as well as with 3.5G dual broadband WAN can be flexibly switched between GSM and CDMA networks.

If you talk about multimedia features then it has a music player with support for MP3, eAAC+, WMA files, integrated speaker, audio stereo connector and supports Bluetooth and PTT wireless or wired headsets.
