I found HTC Aria to be great phone as it 5MP camera with wide screen photo capture capability. It has got an excellent feature of Flip-to-Mute call that lets the call to turn off to silent by just flipping off the phone. It is integrated with Google services like YouTube, Gmail, Google Talk.
